This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA and will be responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA will have no involvement in employment decisions.

Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness. Tasks include planning each shift, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions.

Qualifications
