A Registered Nurse within the Stem Cell unit at Riley Children's Health has the opportunity to truly get to know their patients and be involved in their continuum of care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. * Shift: Full-Time, Days

Nursing skills gained on this unit:

* Chemotherapy administration

* Stem cell transplant pre and post care

* Peritoneal dialysis

Unit Successes/Designations:

* Low staff turnover

Qualifications

* Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

* Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

* Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

* Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

* Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
