Sonida Senior Living - - - Responsibilities:
Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards;
Provide personal hygiene care including bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assist with bathroom needs;
Assist with activities of daily living, including serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning; provide water and nourishment between meals;
Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information;
May supervise CNAs as directed
