What You'll Do

As an LPN in Assisted Living, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality nursing care and supporting residents' wellbeing. You'll oversee and coordinate daily care tasks, supervise team members, and maintain thorough documentation.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care

* Supervising and supporting CNAs and QMAs on your shift

* Coordinating care duties and ensuring timely completion of tasks

* Maintaining accurate and complete resident documentation

* Promoting a positive, resident-centered environment

What We're Looking For

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

* Current LPN or RN license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing

* Strong clinical and leadership skills

* Knowledge of SNF regulations and nursing standards

* A genuine passion for caring for older adults
