Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Memory Care
Pay: $28.00-$35.47/hour (based on experience)

Marquette is currently recruiting a hospitality-focused LPN to join our Memory Care team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents while supervising and delegating care to QMAs and CNAs, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), family and social activities, and actively promote independence.
* Identify medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and complete ongoing resident assessments.
* Provide daily updates to the Director of Health Services regarding resident conditions, staffing performance, and nursing supply needs.
* Deliver nursing care in accordance with physician orders, established nursing standards, and organizational policies.
* Coordinate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services with interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications:
* Current Indiana LPN license.
* Willingness to be available for emergencies as needed.
* Passion for senior care, hospitality, and resident engagement.
