Full-Time Nursing Faculty - (BSN or MSN)

. We are looking for a dynamic MSN-prepared Nurse to teach full-time at our Indianapolis campus.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct students in the classroom, lab, and/or clinical setting.
• Promote a positive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively to assure full implementation of the curriculum.
• Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees.
• Recommend strategies for student success.
• Tutor students to assist in meeting course objectives.
• Implement the clinical experience component of the program, if applicable.
• Evaluate each student’s achievement and progress and provide valuable feedback.

Requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• A Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• At least three years full‑time in the practice of nursing as a Registered Nurse or part‑time equivalent.
• Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of IN as a Registered Nurse.
• Current American Heart Association‑compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

General Credentialing Requirements:

Applicants selected and receiving an offer of employment will be required to complete key credentialing requirements for clinical placements prior to being cleared for start. Full detailed information is provided at the time of offer. A summary of requirements includes:

• Providing copies of official transcripts for all degrees earned.
• Providing a copy of current American Heart Association BLS or ACLS CPR card.
• Completion of a physical form (from within the last 12 months).
• Immunization documentation for:
• Hepatitis B
• MMR
• Tdap/Tetanus
• Varicella
• TB
• Flu (October 1 – April 1 hires)
