Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will work within an exciting, fast‑paced medical/surgical ICU environment that is ideal for caring for the highest acuity of patients, including craniotomies, total radical necks and Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. You will manage ventilators, chest tubes, drips, dialysis, tracheostomies, and more. You will collaborate with a skilled team in a 34‑bed unit while preparing for a new bone marrow stem cell transplant unit in 2026.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school such as those accredited by the National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA), or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
  • ICU experience preferred, but willingness to consider other acute care experience and new graduates is welcomed.

  • EPIC experience is a plus.
