Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
