Responsibilities:
Registered nurses play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by utilizing their experience and advanced nursing skills to provide top-notch medical attention and foster a nurturing environment.
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with a passionate team to create and implement personalized care plans
- Use clinical knowledge to monitor and assess residents' health, especially those with highly acute needs
- Foster a supportive and uplifting atmosphere, promoting residents' independence and dignity
- Act as a resource for staff, offering guidance and training to maintain high-quality care standards

Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, empathy, and a positive attitude
