LOCATION:

This position is an onsite role, based in Indianapolis, Indiana at the Clif Bar Plant.

Responsibilities & Outcomes:

* Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.

* Work with support teams to validate skill requirements for identified roles.

* Support the training, planning, and execution aligned with business priorities to progress into self-sufficient teams.

* Monitor training effectiveness: provide feedback on issues and opportunities and recommend/conduct improvements.

* Assist in development and execution of E&T Pillar work processes.

* Provide monthly reports, Key Performance Information (KPIs) on E&T delivery.

* Partner with operators and other departments to develop trainings on specific equipment and/or processes.

* Support/facilitation of on-the-floor training activities.

* Support new hire onboarding process.

* Support training specialists to overcome challenges in bridging skills gaps.

* Support standardization of work processes.

* Support E&T pillar in tracking losses and identifying improvement opportunities.

* Support all IL6S pillars.

* Attends production/DMS and other meetings, as required.

* Be available to work shifts, day, night, or swing with the flexibility to work other times as needed.

* Perform all other related duties as requested.

* Basic facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to people in all parts of the plant and organization.

* A "boots" on the ground approach with training and development.

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Experience facilitating training plus.

* Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.

* Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.

* Bilingual in Burmese or Spanish is preferred but not required.

* Flexibility of work shift (day, night, swing), as prescribed by business needs.

Salary and Benefits :

The hourly wage for this position is $26.81/hr in addition, this position offers an annual incentive program of a target of 5% of your salary.
