To strengthen our motivated Bindery Team at our plant in Indianapolis, IN we are looking for a highly competent Bindery Folder Operator.

Your Role

* You will know how to efficiently operate a folding machine.

* You will monitor each run to ensure products meet clients' specifications.

* You will correct and replace any non-standard work while monitoring scrap/waste.

* You will package product to clients' specifications.

* You can perform line clearance requirements between production runs.

* You are able to troubleshoot machine operation according to procedure.

Your Profile

* You have the ability to read and understand written English.

* You have already obtained a High School Diploma or GED.

* You possess a strong technical understanding of manufacturing and machiner.

* You can perform basic mathematical operations, including decimal and fraction conversions.
