We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and motivated Warehouse & Production Floater to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will support both the warehouse and production departments, stepping in wherever you are needed most. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and organizing inventory
- Assist with a variety of production tasks such as operating machinery, packing gummies, and preparing vape products for packaging and shipment.
- Transition smoothly between departments based on staffing needs and workflow demands
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and production standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations
- Follow GMP requirements
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn multiple roles
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Basic computer or scanner skills a plus
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
