We are currently hiring a Pipefitter/Fabricator to join our Indianapolis-based fabrication and depot operations team.

As a Pipefitter/Fabricator, you will apply your expertise in pipe fitting and fabrication to support rental equipment, specialty manufacturing, and custom projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform pipe fitting fabrication, assembly, and installation for rental, RSR, and specialty manufacturing projects
- Troubleshoot and repair piping systems and fabricated components
- Support shop floor fabrication activities across a range of equipment and custom builds as required
- Operate shop equipment and heavy machinery, including cranes, saws, forklifts, and semi-tractor trailers
- Complete required documentation related to work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Identify and communicate process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and shop safety
- Support general shop activities and assist with additional fabrication tasks as requested
- Serve as a backup Depot Coordinator for the Rental business when directed
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and materials handling as needed
- Perform other duties or special projects assigned to support fabrication and rental operations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in pipe fitting required
- Strong understanding of NSF/ANSI 61 pipe fitting standards and best practices
- Forklift certification required; crane operation experience preferred
- Shipping and receiving experience is a plus
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other PC-based programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams
- Ability to safely lift, move, and fabricate materials in a shop environment
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement
