Overview
We are seeking candidates with experience in manufacturing, specifically using small tools and building assemblies/instruments. Candidates with backgrounds in shipping or material handling will not be considered.
PositionPosition: Manufacturing Associate – Assembly Operations
Key Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of product line assembly, from initial build through tie-down of instruments.
- Follow detailed safety and process procedures within the manufacturing cell.
- Accurately enter manufacturing data into predefined computer programs.
- Identify and report any safety or quality issues discovered during operations.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Keen attention to detail, commitment to quality, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to identify safety or production concerns promptly.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
