IU Health - - Responsibilities:
Performs scheduled and non-scheduled preventive maintenance and responds to maintenance calls.;
Troubleshooting and repair of secondary utility systems including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and air systems.;
Maintains, repairs, and inspects specialized machinery and equipment in accordance with code and regulatory requirements.;
Recommends improvements and corrections to the facilities equipment and/or systems to meet patient care needs.;
Coordinates functions with other services and departments and performs routine building and grounds inspections.
