Position Summary
As a Ground Crew Window Cleaner you will be responsible for providing services such as cleaning windows, sills & cob webs.
Location:
Indianapolis, IN
Work Scheduled:
Monday - Friday between the hours of 6am- 6pm. There may be times that work is performed on the weekend.
Travel:
During Summertime there may be times where you are asked to travel, potentially overnight, for specific projects. Travel is optional.
Job Duties
- Performs all tasks as trained for the proper use and application of products and proper use of PPE.
- Assess work area & educate manager on any pre-existing damage or caused damage immediately with photographs.
- Inspect equipment / tools regularly to ensure properly maintained.
- Willing and able to work on lifts up to five stories (300 lb weight limit).
- Willing and able to work on ladders 24 ft often and 40 ft rarely (250 lb weight limit).
- May need to operate lifts and machines on particular jobs.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in the Company Vehicles & Shop (common work spaces).
- Communicate efficiently with the Field Supervisor to ensure the timeline of a job is being met.
- Responsible for daily collection & return of tools necessary for the days assigned task.
- Maintain a current valid state Driver License.
- Ability to hook up trailer and drive with a trailer attached.
- Responsible for securing all machines on trailer maintain a safe environment.
- Comfortable driving, parking and general use of trailer full of equipment.
Physical Demands & Conditions:
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
- Ability bend, reach, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to work in year-round conditions (cold, heat, rain, snow etc...).
- Various pieces of daily use equipment have weight limits, must be able to meet weight limits associated with equipment safety guidelines.

- Ensures self and others around are following all State and Federal safety regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
- Clean and maintain equipment daily.
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and provide recommendations.
- Contribute to team effort.
