About Applied Behavior Center for Autism:
At the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, our mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician ensures that maintenance and facility issues are repaired or completed, which includes internal and external maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for traveling and providing general maintenance for four centers (Indy North, Carmel, Fischer's and Noblesville). No nights, weekends or on call. Although not directly involved with patients, the same company, state, and federal regulations apply, including criminal background checks.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of drywall repair, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience.
Pay Range: $20 - $22+ per hour based on prior maintenance experience, training, or education.

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- The work environment is primarily within the Applied Behavior Center for Autism, which includes therapy rooms, classrooms, and common areas for client interactions.
- Travel is required.
