This person will have to run service calls, chase the information themselves, and be confident enough to make decisions based on troubleshooting actions on the fly.

For competencies,

  • Ability interpret information and create documentation for service team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written and presentation formats.
  • Ability to manage communication for customer issues and work with engineering to resolve.
  • Working knowledge of both Fanuc controls and ladders.
  • Fanuc PLC experience in troubleshooting and making edits.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in field service.
  • Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
