Leading a team of high speed mechanics in flexible packaging and molding, extrusion improving downtime, machine optimization and department excellence. FYI This is overseeing a 300,000 ft2 facility and department budget of close to a million dollars so budgetary experience and similar scope is a must.

• Coach, mentor and develop Facility and Equipment Technicians.
• Coordinate/Perform the repair/routine maintenance on facilities and equipment including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, air compressors, custodial activity, building security and all tasks related to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the property.
• Carry out routine maintenance and inspection of fire protection system
• Maintain clean room supporting systems including filters.
• Tracking and assigning facilities work orders.
• On-call 24/7 to support manufacturing operations.

• Strong mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatic maintenance skills, ability to troubleshoot and repair all production facility equipment.
• Proficient in the following trades:
  Welding, electronics, air compressor, machine shop, hydraulics, and electrical maintenance very desirable.
• The ability to effectively prioritize activities and conduct duties with minimal supervision.
• The ability to diagnose equipment malfunctions where limited information exists.
• First Consideration to those with one of extrusion, flexible packaging, thermoforming, injection molding, blow molding, maintenance experience.
