Pay Rate: $17.95/hr
Location:
Onsite – Must report daily to the assignment location.
Training Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Attendance is mandatory for the entirety of the training period. CANNOT MISS ANY TIME DURING TRAINING
Post-Training Schedule:
Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic customer service over the phone.
Accurately direct phone calls to the appropriate staff and escalate trends or issues to supervisors as needed.
Maintain compliance with onsite technical and operational requirements, ensuring seamless communication and task completion.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Must be technically savvy, with the ability to independently operate a computer and troubleshoot basic issues.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Notes:
This is an onsite position; candidates must report to the designated location daily.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent adaptability and technical capability to meet the demands of the role.
