Project Management Contractor - Smartsheet Data Integration Specialist CMC Pilot Project

Pay: $ 68.13 - $73.97/hr on W2

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Smartsheet Data Integration Specialist to support the CMC Pilot project for our client. The selected candidate will work closely with client Smartsheet SMEs to align objectives, receive training, and execute data migration and integration strategies. This role involves reviewing current CMC data sources, refining project data structures, and ensuring data consistency and accuracy across project schedules, risks/decisions, and supply chain nodes.
Key Responsibilities
" Collaborate with client Smartsheet SMEs to understand project objectives, timelines, and data structure requirements.
" Review existing CMC data sources and formats across project schedule, risk/decision, and supply chain areas.
" Develop and execute a strategy to migrate existing CMC data into the configured CMC Pilot Smartsheet structure.
" Network with key CMC Project Managers (PMs) to validate data accuracy and determine appropriate levels of detail for the pilot effort.
" Refine and enhance data structures and build out project information as needed.
" Strengthen the CMC Pilot Smartsheet's supply chain node by integrating data structures from BRD and SMDD supply chain systems.
" Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data consistency, and support continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health-related, scientific, or engineering discipline.
" Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
" Prior experience using Smartsheet is highly preferred.
" Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project is desirable.
" Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point , with the ability to manage and document project workflows.
" Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
" Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
