Oversee the successful delivery of medium-scale projects by defining scope, schedule, and budget in collaboration with key stakeholders. Manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives. Facilitate Agile processes, monitor progress, and maintain timely reporting. Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing change requests, and ensuring project documentation and compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities:- Lead medium-scale projects from initiation to closure.
- Define scope, schedule, and budget with key stakeholders.
- Manage cross-functional teams and vendor coordination.
- Facilitate Agile or Waterfall delivery processes.
- Track progress and produce timely reports.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests.
- Conduct stakeholder communication and expectation setting.
- Ensure project compliance and documentation.
- 3–5 years of project management experience.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Experience in tools like MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
