Associate Director, IT Regulatory, Clinical, and Enterprise Systems
Join Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) as an Associate Director to lead and implement digital solutions for Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Enterprise Systems at Rayze Bio, a BMS company. You will play a key role in enabling digital processes that help bring innovative radiopharmaceutical therapies to patients.
Job Responsibilities- Accountable for continuous operation and maintenance of digital solutions for Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Supply chain planning and related Enterprise Systems.
- Deliver on service level management scope and processes with IT groups and/or vendor managed services.
- Ensure the Digital Roadmap is leveraged and aligned to business outcomes, driving value realization.
- Lead a group of indirect reports and service providers to deliver effective, innovative and stable solutions.
- Partner with functional leaders to develop, support, and align strategies for business process improvements through information systems automation.
- Provide IT leadership for regulatory inspection readiness and data integrity initiatives.
- Ensure risk‑based validation is delivered for the functions.
- Manage new demand and evolve digital solutions and mindset.
- Identify key technology trends and explore innovative technologies to provide solutions for the organization.
- Participate in high-level strategic communications with the business and functional leadership teams.
- Develop 3‑year roadmaps identifying capabilities that have the greatest business impact.
- 10+ years IT experience in a cGMP injectable or radiopharmaceutical environment.
- Proven technical leadership and management experience.
- Demonstrated experience implementing automation and digitization projects.
- BS/MS in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong project management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience with resource and budget allocation and operational leadership.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving across teams and functions.
- Vendor management, gap analysis, and capability development.
- Standard office environment combined with GMP production and facility environments.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comfortable working around radioactive materials.
- Periodic travel to other Rayze Bio locations.
Indianapolis, IN: $166,139 - $201,322.
San Diego, CA: $182,753 - $221,454.
The starting compensation includes base salary plus eligible incentive cash and stock opportunities.
