$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Indianapolis, IN Training Coordinator

Pay Rate: $22 - $25/hr

Job Type: Contract to Hire

• Guide staff and volunteers in 18 locations across the state of Indiana
• Coordinate screenings, applications, background checks, and training
• Collaborate with management on the budget for promotional materials, supplies, and the cost of training
• Create and implement the annual training plan(s)
• Create and update monthly reports
• Prepare quarterly payout reports and send payment notices
• Additional duties as necessary; may include serving on committees, assisting with events, professional development events, grant application preparation, and/or budgeting

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years experience in volunteer management or corporate training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be comfortable with traveling within the state of Indiana 18 times per year to support locations

This position is in the office 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week after the initial training period (3 months or so). Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
