As a Crisis Response Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and resources.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis to determine immediate needs and appropriate interventions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
* Provide crisis intervention and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
* Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

*** Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
* Current licensure or certification in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
* Experience in crisis intervention and mental health services preferred.
*
* Additional Qualifications:

*** Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and maintain composure.
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
