AboutThe Role
Riley Children’s Health is hiring a project manager to lead key initiatives for our Behavioral Health strategic plan. The individual must have experience managing and implementing complex projects across multiple domains. They will ensure projects are delivered within an identified timeframe and budget. They will be an essential part of advancing behavioral health for Riley Children’s Health and throughout our state.
Responsibilities- Leads and directs high-priority, complex portfolios of projects for business initiatives.
- Communicates status updates and delivery expectations to teams and stakeholders.
- Manages projects according to the methodology, timeline, and budget of the organization.
- Owns quality assurance and oversight of resources assigned to project objectives.
- Ensures that projects are delivered within committed scope and budget.
- Works with business groups to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand any project challenges.
- Requires Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare Industry experience a plus.
- Experience working in a complex, matrix environment.
