D) required.
* Minimum 3–5 years of pharmacy experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity preferred.
* Experience in long-term care, retail, or institutional pharmacy operations strongly preferred.
* ** Licensure:
*** Must hold a current and active Indiana Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in good standing.
* Other current and active state licenses strongly preferred.
* Eligible for licensure reciprocity or multi-state credentials if applicable.

* Additional Requirements:

*** Demonstrated ability to manage both professional and technical pharmacy staff.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and familiarity with automated packaging and dispensing equipment.
* ** Physical Demands:
*** Regularly required to stand, reach, and communicate effectively.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
* Visual acuity sufficient for prescription verification and data entry.
* ** Work Environment:
*** Operates in a pharmacy setting with moderate noise levels.
* Requires attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols.
