Personal Care Attendant will perform homecare duties. These duties require personal care services necessary to meet the patient’s needs. PCA responsibilities will include, but are not limited to…

• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with patient’s laundry as needed
• Meeting safety needs of patients
• Reporting significant changes in the patient’s condition to their direct supervisor
• Preparing light meals and assisting in feeding patient if necessary
• Companion services such as reading and writing letters
• Maintaining documentation and care procedures
• Adhering to privacy policies and infection control protocols
• Bathing assistance
• Light housekeeping

• 18 years of age (or older)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care provided
• Current CPR certification
• Meets the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws
• Must pass PCA competency and skills test
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must comply with all local, state, federal, and company policies
