Key Responsibilities of the Controller:As a Controller, you will:
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Prepare financial outlooks and business performance forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with key business areas to develop financial plans and future projections.
- Analyze monthly performance, comparing actual results to planned targets and identifying key variances.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, cost accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Support special projects within the Global Finance Organization to enhance financial efficiency.
The ideal Controller candidate will have:
- A degree in Finance or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial planning, cost accounting, and project controlling.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations, including SOX, IAS/IFRS, and US GAAP.
- The ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
- Experience with Bank and Corporate Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
- Knowledge of VAT systems, regulations, and financial best practices.
