Asset Manager

Location: Downtown Indianapolis, IN
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (in office Tuesday–Thursday)

• Salary: $65,000 – $95,000

• Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus, averaging ~10% of salary

This Asset Manager position supports real estate investment performance at the deal level. The role is highly analytical and client-facing, combining Excel modeling, financial review, and frequent communication with investors and partners.

⚠️ Important: Candidates with property management experience only are not a fit for this role. Asset management experience is required.

• 2+ years of asset management experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related business field

• Strong Excel modeling and analytical skills

• LIHTC deal experience required

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models

• Perform in-depth financial reviews, including sources & uses at the deal level

• Spend approximately 50% of the day in direct client communication

  • Clear, confident communication is critical for success in this role

• Proactive, self-starter, and driven
