We're looking for a Project Engineer in Indianapolis, IN who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. Join us and you'll have the chance to work on projects including state of the art industrial and commercial facilities. You'll be accountable for the coordination of projects including, guidance of all technical design, scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety.

Some responsibilities will include:

* Support project delivery efforts; i.e., cost, schedule, quality, contracts, etc.

* Responsible for the overall design coordination amongst all disciplines

* Manage the design checking procedure

* Participate in design progress measurement reviews

* Assist PM in the resolution of various project-related issues.

* Review weekly/monthly reports on status and progress changes.

* Attend client meetings as requested.

Here's what you'll need

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

* At least 10 years of experience working on manufacturing projects as a design lead, project engineer, or project manager

* Strong working knowledge and experience interfacing multiple design disciplines to successfully deliver projects

* Experience in leading projects, preferably in a pharma/bio environment

Ideally, you'll also have:

* Project Management Institute (PMI) principles preferred

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas

* Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
