* Role Responsibilities:

*
* + Assist in process improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.

+ Support design and implementation of manufacturing fixtures, tools, and equipment.

+ Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend solutions.

+ Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.

+ Help develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

+ Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

+ Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality systems.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD) is a plus.

+ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
