Construction Project Manager

Position: Construction Project Manager I
HEAPY Solutions is looking for a Construction Project Manager I (Electrical) to support projects in our established Indianapolis market, with a primary focus on manufacturing and industrial facilities. This position is well-suited for a project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys managing site work, and values strong coordination across multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you will assist in managing the construction phase of MEP projects, supporting planning, execution, and closeout activities. You'll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with HEAPY's commitment to collaboration and quality.

In this role, you'll:

* Support and manage on-site construction activities for electrical infrastructure projects in manufacturing and industrial settings.

* Assist with defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans alongside senior project managers.

* Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain progress, quality, and safety standards.

* Monitor project costs, schedules, and documentation to support successful delivery and financial performance.

* Foster positive client relationships through consistent communication and dependable project execution.
