Base pay range: $65,000.00 / yr – $85,000.00 / yr

• Actively utilize managers and mentors to understand project scope, schedule, and safety and quality plans.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands‑on performance with teams during daily preparation and project execution.
• Adapt responsibilities as skills grow; potential duties include estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, placement/finish, slab preparation, production tracking, quantity take‑offs, and more.
• Demonstrate a drive to excel—action‑oriented, collaborative, and ready to pursue growth opportunities.
• Join a team that builds; work may involve rough terrain, inclement weather, variable hours, and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Perform labor at elevation with possible lifting of at least 50 pounds; you may work at heights of multiple stories above ground level.
• Adhere to safety standards; a successful drug test is required for the job offer.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Hold a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before the start date, or possess equivalent work or military experience.
