Project Manager – Industrial Electric, Inc
Industrial Electric, Inc. is a full‑service electrical and systems contractor focusing on industrial, advanced technology and commercial projects. We perform design‑build and bid‑spec electrical contracting services for the industrial, commercial, and pharmaceutical markets, offering turnkey service and installation throughout Indiana.
Project Manager this will lead our project teams and deliver results on time, under budget, and with quality that exceeds client expectations.
- Project Start Up
- Forecast and analyze construction costs, exposures, and profits.
- Develop a schedule for all phases of the build.
- Assist with permits, required due dates, and communicate any impact to the proposed schedule.
- Develop and implement project‑specific processes and procedures.
- Project Build
- In conjunction with the Project Superintendent, lead, direct, and coordinate day‑to‑day management and construction activities.
- Manage project costs through ongoing evaluations of labor, material, and equipment.
- Interface with all company departments as necessary to resolve issues.
- Explain project status and requirements as the liaison between the client, the company, subcontractors, and government officials.
- Ensure all safety measures, procedures, and requirements are met, followed, and practiced.
- Project Closeout
- Ensure substantial completion as defined in the specifications.
- Assist with the submission of record drawings, maintenance manuals, & warranties to ensure a smooth and successful closeout.

- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant work experience in the electrical industry or a combination of experience and coursework.
- OSHA 30 certification.
