Responsibilities- Assist in technical design for civil engineering transportation projects
- Complete design reports and documentation
- Coordinate with utility companies and agencies
- Calculate quantities and develop construction cost estimates
- Participate in quality assurance and reviews of design plans, specifications, and estimates
- Engage in public involvement activities
- Travel to project sites and other EMCS locations as needed

Requirements- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- EIT certification preferred
- Familiarity with INDOT standards, practices, and policies is a plus
- Proficiency with Micro Station/Open Roads and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
