We are looking for the right person to join our team as a BIM Engineer. If so, we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities- Creation of BIM models and drawings through all phases of the project – schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- BIM coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets, workflows, and project set up.
- Generate finished electrical design AutoCAD drawings and manage the drawing file storage system.
- Negotiate and price all owner change orders while managing project costs through ongoing evaluation of labor, material, and equipment.
- Forecast and analyze electrical construction costs, exposures, and profits through completion.
- Supervise and mentor the project team while overseeing field operations and engineering process and procedures.
- Direct preparation of a project schedule and continually review to ensure the project schedule is adhered to or modified as necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and effective time management.
- Works independently, with little/no supervision, and quickly learns and applies new skills and abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to present information through verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management a plus.
- Extensive experience directly related with BIM, AutoCAD MEP, Revit drafting, design, and modeling.
- A graduate of a technical school or completed Internship Program preferred.
- Basic working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
