As a Teacher, you will:

• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• The capacity to multi-task and handle various situations effectively.
• State-specific qualifications for the role or a willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to obtain.
• The physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• The ability to engage with children at their level and communicate effectively in English.
