As a Teacher at North Indianapolis Kinder Care, you will play a vital role in providing early childhood education tailored to each child's unique needs. You will:

• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum in a way that resonates with each child.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• The ability to multi-task and handle various situations effectively.
• State-specific qualifications for the role or a willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to obtain.
• The physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage actively with children.
• Strong communication skills in English to connect with children and their parents.
