As a Teacher, you will:

• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive through play and learning.
• Partner with parents to ensure the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• State-specific qualifications for the role or a willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to acquire these certifications.
• The physical ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
• A capacity to engage physically with children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and parents.
