Staff Med Health Partners has partnered with a value-based, employer-sponsored health center in Indianapolis to recruit a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, outpatient position. This role focuses on quality care, access, and long-term patient relationships in a highly collaborative clinical environment.

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

Outpatient family medicine with a strong emphasis on chronic disease management
Patient population includes adults and children ages 2+
Mix of annual physicals, acute visits, wellness care, and chronic condition follow-up
Experience in primary care required
Comfort working with interpreters;
Spanish or Burmese language skills a plus
MD or DO with board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine
Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
