Overview:

We are seeking a skilled OB Hospitalist to provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care on a locum basis. This position offers the chance to work in a stimulating environment with a focus on compassionate patient service. With a commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety, you will support the birthing and gynecological needs of our diverse patient population, all within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Required Skills:

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Valid medical license in Indiana or eligibility for licensure

Proven clinical experience in inpatient obstetric care and labor management

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations

Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Previous locum or temporary staffing experience

Ability to perform emergency obstetric procedures as needed

Bilingual abilities are a plus

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Minimum 2 years of practice in obstetrics and gynecology

Prior experience in hospitalist roles is advantageous

Other Requirements:

Coverage begins on December 31, 2025

Hourly pay rate of $214.50

Must hold or be eligible for Indiana medical licensure and appropriate certifications

Willingness to cooperate with hospital policies, including compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations

Availability for immediate assignment and potential for extended engagements
