Family Practice - OB Physician

A Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician is sought to join an established practice located in Plainfield, IN. This is a busy practice with four physicians and two advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Weekday call is rotated among the physicians: 1:7
• Weekend Call: 1:14
• Average outpatient volume: 20 - 25 patients per day
• No inpatient work or OB
• Onsite lab, imaging, and Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy in the same complex
