SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION (varies based on location and experience):
- Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates)
- Daily minimum guarantee of $800-$1,000
- 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus location-based premiums)
- Two weeks paid vacation
- Cash bonuses up to $80,000
- Long-term cash incentives up to $60,000

- $3,000 continuing education allowance per year (plus automatic enrollment in Familia
U) - License reimbursement
- 401k with employer match
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations
- Review treatment plans with families and obtain informed consent for treatments
- Deliver quality dental care to every patient
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, extract teeth when necessary, and restore edentulous areas
- Adhere to federal, state dental board rules, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in patient treatment
- Maintain a positive working attitude to foster a constructive work environment
