SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION (varies based on location and experience):

• Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (including new graduates)
• Daily minimum guarantee of $800-$1,000
• 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus location-based premiums)
• Two weeks paid vacation
• Cash bonuses up to $80,000
• Long-term cash incentives up to $60,000

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations
• Review treatment plans with families and obtain informed consent for treatments
• Deliver quality dental care to every patient
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, extract teeth when necessary, and restore edentulous areas
• Adhere to federal, state dental board rules, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in patient treatment
• Maintain a positive working attitude to foster a constructive work environment
