Job Summary
Balance Platforms, LLC is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Sales Team and act as a primary point of contact for our clients. Based in Indianapolis, IN, this role involves managing client interactions, both inbound and outbound, to ensure smooth file progression and customer satisfaction. As the first point of escalation, the CSR will address client needs, gather required documentation, and collaborate closely with Account Managers to support seamless service.
This position starts seasonal with the potential to develop into full-time.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Client Support
    :
    Manage inbound client calls, answer basic questions, provide file updates, and address any concerns before escalating as necessary.
  • Document Collection
    :
    Make outbound calls to clients to collect documentation critical to project progression.
  • Sales Team Collaboration
    :
    Assist Account Managers and Sales Team by screening calls and completing essential tasks, such as obtaining client documentation and preparing checklists.
  • Client Contact
    :
    Act as the first point of client interaction, managing communications with professionalism and responsiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Service Skills
    :
    Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Software Proficiency
    :
    Familiarity with Hub Spot and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Growth Potential
    :
    Interest in career development with the possibility of promotion to roles in outbound sales, account management, estimating, or supplementing.
