Position: Traveling - Commercial Roofing Foreman/ Superintendent
On-site role; projects typically in Indianapolis Metro, Central/Southern MI, Central IL, Western OH, and Northern KY.

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the U.S., delivering quality, safety, and customer satisfaction nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman/Superintendent to oversee project installation from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Foreman ready to grow into a Superintendent role.

Position Overview

The Foreman/Superintendent provides on-site leadership, manages crews, ensures safety compliance, and maintains communication with customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, quality control, and technical oversight to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors.

* Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for new and reroof projects.

* Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress.

* Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites.

* Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks; ensure compliance with company policies.

* Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control.

* Travel required within assigned regions.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing installation experience.

* Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers.

* Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications.

* Basic computer skills;
Microsoft Office proficiency.

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

* English fluency required;
Spanish/English bilingual preferred.
