Roof Inspector

Seeking a Roof Inspector to perform roof survey inspections. Nations Roof is a large national commercial roofing contractor, ranked #4 in Roofing Contractors magazine top roofing contractors in the US. Our projects range in scope from large scale new commercial construction industrial hospitality distribution centers retail centers office buildings multifamily and green roofs to renovations of existing buildings exterior.

Purpose:

Provide project analysis and recommendations to management team. Make site visits to collect information of roof damage and needed repairs Preform take off, if roof is deteriorated Collect measurement of the roof, core samples to determine roof make up Itemize roof equipment; penetrations, curbs, roof drains, etc. Compile conditions and details of roof survey findings in a comprehensive inspection report Any other duties as required by the Manager Requirements:
General knowledge and understanding of commercial roof construction, materials, and OSHA safety requirements Prior field experience with leak investigations, roofing diagnosis and repairs highly preferred Proficient in use of smart phones and basic computer skills Able for travel when required, PT on weekends and holidays as needed Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally Ability to lift and climb a ladder Valid drives license and insurable driving record Benefits:
