Description:
Fusion Solutions is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager for Ericsson in Indianapolis, IN. The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for driving optimal performance and continuous improvement among our Suppliers by engaging in regular site visits to consult and engage directly with Suppliers to correct real-time discrepancies and identify ways to improve crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Review and analyze site performance metrics, including but not limited to, cycle time, close out package (COP) first time right, (Job Hazard Assessment) JHA compliance, Ericsson tool utilization, build quality, and customer specific requirements.Identify Supplier performance areas in need of improvement and provide feedback on site performance metrics to Territory Director and Suppliers.Engage with suppliers on-site to conduct root-cause analysis of performance deficiencies and troubleshoot problems.Strategically plan daily and weekly site and supplier visits to achieve key targets.Act as an internal partner for Ericsson’s Senior Construction Managers and Project Management teams.Identify, design, and develop process improvements for Supplier’s site construction process.Collect and report on supplier performance data for deployment process changes.Build strong relationships with market Suppliers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.Ensure Suppliers have a clear understanding of Ericsson and customer processes.Support Governance for quarterly Supplier business reviews (Q ).Advocate and generate a positive work environment that embodies Ericsson’s core values.Qualifications and Experiences:
Minimum relevant work/industry experience of 7+ years.Strong knowledge of general construction processes & procedures.Experience in managing and directing general contractor suppliers.Knowledge of and ability to enforce Ericsson and customer construction and quality standards.Strong knowledge of contracts and financial acumen.Completion of approved OSHA 30-hour course for telecommunications industry.Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level
