We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant on the southwest side of Indianapolis.
As a Front Desk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing payroll and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the team. This role will also require experience processing payroll.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Process Payroll
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents, both in physical and digital formats.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, including memos, newsletters, and announcements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including room reservations, equipment setup, and catering arrangements.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and handling mail and deliveries.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus.
- Experience processing payroll
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

PAY RATE: $20-22/hr
