Senior Staff Accountant – Full-Time (On-Site) – Indianapolis, IN
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience (experience in life sciences or manufacturing a plus)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a problem-solver
